TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. *The Number of delegates for your group represents the actual number of people your group is sending on their behalf to perform on the day of the event as a way of showcasing your group’s culture. Each registered group is limited to a maximum of 25 adult delegates and a maximum of 15 child delegates. All the delegates (both adult and child delegates) will receive free tickets for the event as participants or performers. If any other member of your group outside these delegates wishes to attend the event, they will need to buy their tickets for the event.

2. ** The full amount of the registration fee will be refunded 10 working days after the event, provided your group turned up for the event, was accredited and performed on the day of the event. A minimum of fifteen (15) persons for Adult delegates and a minimum of six (6) persons for Child delegates are required for each group's performance. Failure to meet these conditions will result in your group forfeiting their registration fee.

3. After payment of the refundable registration fee and submission of the registration form, you will receive an email with a Unique Identification Number (UIN) for your group within 14 working days to confirm your group's spot reservation to participate on the day of the event. If you do not receive this Unique Identification Number for your group through email from us, it means that your group has not been cleared to perform or participate on the day of the event and your registration fee will be refunded. You will need your group's Unique Identification Number for participants accreditation on the day of the event.

4. The organizers reserve the right to change the venue for the event at any time prior to the date of the event. In the unlikely event of this happening, the organizers will aim for the alternative venue to be not more than 15 radius miles from the original venue.
